Estate Consignment Consideration…

If you are interested in consigning an estate, email photos to helayne@chesterdales.com – text photos to 239-537-2399. or upload photos to www.chesterdales.com. Provide any info regarding origin, cost, size. circa, etc. We will contact you if we are interested.

Term of Estate Consignment…

Pre-approved estate consignments will be displayed for a 6 month term. You may pick up your items at anytime during the consignment period. Over 90% of our items sell within the time frame, however, after 6 months items not sold or picked up will expire and become store merchandise. It is your responsibility to track your consignment term.

Pricing, Commission & Payout…

Pricing will set at our discretion, with your input. Proceeds will be split 50/50 less any applicable credit cards fees. (3%) Payments are processed monthly, and checks will be available by the 5th of each month. We do not call you, however, you are welcome to stop in or call after the 5th of the month to ask if a check is available for you. Self addressed stamped business envelopes must be provided for out of town consignors. We would much rather see your smiling face in the store as we hand you your estate consignment payout, and enjoy your reaction.

We are happy to recommend a mover depending on your needs and time frame. when calling. Average local hourly rate for 2 guys and a medium truck ($75 hr). Please call us to coordinate your item arrivals or, we cannot guarantee items will be accepted unannounced.
